Is responsible for the processing of the User's personal data and informs you that these data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD), for which the following processing information is provided:

Purposes of processing: to maintain a commercial relationship with the User and the sending of product or service communications.

To carry out promotional actions (for example, for the development of contests or the sending of your list of saved items to the email address you provide). By participating in any promotional action, you authorise us to process the data you provide depending on each promotional action and we can communicate them through various media such as social networks or on the Platform itself. In each promotional action in which you participate you will have available the legal bases where we will provide you with more detailed information about the processing of your data.

Disseminate on the Platform or through our social media channels photographs or images that you have shared publicly, provided that you give us your consent to do so.

4. LEGITIMACY

The legal basis for the processing of your data is based on the express consent in the privacy policy box below the sending of the form where you verify your consent and in the execution of pre-contractual measures in the case that you request a quote and in the execution of a contract if you are a customer.

4a. Manage your registration as a user of the Platform
The processing of your data is necessary for the execution of the terms regulating the use of the platform. In other words, in order for you to register as a user on the platform, we need to process your personal data, otherwise we would not be able to manage your registration.

In the event that you choose to use access or login via a social network, the reason why we are entitled to process your data is the consent you give when authorising the transfer of your data from the social network.

The processing of your data is necessary for the performance of the contract of sale or provision of services that binds us to you.

We consider that we have a legitimate interest in carrying out the necessary checks to detect and prevent fraud when you make a purchase. We understand that the processing of this data is in the interests of all parties involved in the payment of a purchase and in particular you, as it enables us to put in place measures to protect you against fraud attempts by third parties.

4c. Customer Service
We consider that we have a legitimate interest in attending to the requests or queries that you submit to us through the various existing means of contact. We understand that the processing of this data is also beneficial to you insofar as it allows us to attend to you properly and resolve the queries raised.

When you contact us, in particular, for the management of incidents related to your order or the product/service purchased through the platform, the processing is necessary for the execution of the purchase contract.

When your query is related to the exercise of the rights about which we inform you below, or claims related to our products or services, what legitimises us to process your data is the fulfilment of legal obligations on our part.

4d. Marketing
The legitimate basis for processing your data for marketing purposes is the consent you give us, for example when you agree to receive personalised information by various means, when you authorise the sending of push notifications to your mobile device, or when you accept the legal basis for participating in a promotional action or for publishing your photographs on the platform or on our social media channels.

In order to show you personalised information, we consider that we have a legitimate interest in profiling the information we have about you (such as your browsing, preferences or purchase history) and the personal data you have provided us with such as age range or language, as we understand that the processing of this data is also beneficial to you because it allows you to improve your user experience and access information in accordance with your preferences.

Data retention criteria: data will be retained for no longer than is necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing and when it is no longer necessary for that purpose, it will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure the pseudonymisation of the data or the total destruction of the data.

The personal data you provide to us will be retained for as long as our contractual or business relationship continues. However, from the date of termination of our contractual or commercial relationship, your data will be retained:

-1 year those derived from connections made by internet with our website, email and voice telephone calls, instant messaging.

In the event that you are our customer your data will be retained:

-4 years for tax purposes. The accounting books and other obligatory record books according to the applicable tax regulations (personal income tax, vat, is, etc.) as well as the documentary supports that justify the entries recorded in the books.

On some occasions, we will only process the data until such time as you decide, as in the case of the payment data (card) that you have asked us to store for possible future purchases.

-Customer service. We will process your data for as long as it is necessary to deal with your application or request.

-Marketing. We will treat your data until you unsubscribe or cancel your subscription to the newsletter. If you participate in promotional actions we will keep your data for a period of six (6) months from the end of the action.

-Usability and quality analysis. We will process your data from time to time for as long as we carry out a specific action or quality survey or until we anonymise your browsing data.

Regardless of whether we process your data for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the corresponding purpose, we will subsequently keep them duly stored and protected for as long as any liabilities arising from the processing may arise, in compliance with the regulations in force at any given time. Once the possible actions in each case have expired, we will proceed to delete the personal data.

Communication of the data: The data will not be communicated to third parties, unless legally obliged to do so.

The RESPONSIBLE, makes it known that it may disclose the user's personal information to respond to legal requirements, to claims that the contents of the website infringe the rights of third parties or to protect the rights, property or security of other parties.

Right of erasure: the data subject shall have the right to obtain the erasure of personal data concerning him or her where the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed.

Right of limitation: you may request the limitation of the processing of your personal data, in which case we will only keep them for the exercise or defence of claims.
Right to data portability: you may request that your automated personal data be transferred to any other company you indicate in a structured, intelligible and automated format.

The rights of the data subjects are very personal, therefore, they will be exercised by the data subject duly accrediting his or her identity (for this purpose, the data subject will be asked to show his or her ID card or equivalent). They may also be exercised through legal representation, in which case, in addition to the data subject's ID card or equivalent, the ID card and authentic document accrediting the representation of the third party must be provided. The RESPONSIBLE PARTY will reply to the request addressed to it in any case, regardless of whether or not personal data of the data subject or interested party appear in its processing.
In the event that the request does not meet the specified requirements, the RESPONSIBLE will request the correction of the same.
The RESPONSIBLE will respond to requests within one month of receipt of the request. This period may be extended by a further two months if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests.
The RESPONSIBLE shall inform the data subject of any such extension within one month of receipt of the request, stating the reasons for the delay.

RIGHT TO COMPLAIN TO THE SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY

You may request the protection of rights that have not been duly attended to from the Spanish Data Protection Agency, either through the electronic headquarters of its web portal(www.aepd.es), or by writing to its postal address (C/ Jorge Juan, 6, 28001 Madrid).

2. OBLIGATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

Users, by ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or presented in download forms, expressly and freely and unequivocally accept that their data are necessary for the provider to deal with their request, the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The User guarantees that the personal data provided to the RESPONSIBLE are truthful and is responsible for communicating any changes to them.

The RESPONSIBLE expressly informs and guarantees users that their personal data will not be transferred under any circumstances to third parties, and that whenever any type of transfer of personal data is carried out, the express, informed and unequivocal consent of the Users will be requested beforehand. All the data requested through the website are obligatory, as they are necessary for the provision of an optimum service to the User. If all the data is not provided, there is no guarantee that the information and services provided will be completely tailored to your needs.
3. SECURITY MEASURES
That in accordance with the provisions of the current regulations on personal data protection, the RESPONSIBLE is complying with all provisions of the GDPR regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and manifestly with the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby they are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject and are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures set out in the GDPR in order to protect the rights and freedoms of Users and has communicated appropriate information to them so that they can exercise them.

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
We may change the information contained in this privacy policy from time to time. If we do, we will notify you in a variety of ways through the Platform (for example, through a banner, pop-up or push notification), or we will notify you at your email address when the change in question is significant to your privacy, so that you can review the changes, assess them and, if appropriate, object or unsubscribe to any service or functionality.
